Above all else, we want you to be happy with your Reflexsions Band and enjoy the benefits that it can bring you. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your Reflexsions Band after using it for 45 days, or if your Reflexsions Band does not fit, please follow the instructions below to receive a free replacement or full refund (exchanges subject to a $4.95 restocking/S&H fee). 1. Return your Reflexsions Band and packaging, along with a copy of your dated receipt, within 45 days of the date of purchase to the location where it was purchased. If you made your purchase directly through Optimum Health via the internet or by phone, you may mail it to the address below. Please enclose a letter telling us what size replacement you need and/or any problems you have encountered.

2. If you are exchanging your Reflexsions Band for a different size, you may return it to the location where it was purchased, or you may return it directly to Optimum Health. Please enclose $4.95 for restocking and S&H if you are mailing your Reflexsions Band. We will promptly send you a new one. If you are returning your Reflexsions Band because you are dissatisfied, you will receive a full refund for the product price, less any applied S&H charge from your order.
