Directions For Use

Thank you for your purchase of the Reflexsions Band! Should your band have any defects or if you feel that you need a different size, please see the "Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee". Remember, your satisfaction and health is our primary goal!

To use your Reflexsions Band follow the easy instructions and diagrams.

Make sure your Reflexsions Band is not twisted and the pearls are facing inward. The front band, which contains the Velcro strap, should always cross over the foot from left to right, with the Velcro closure on the right side of the foot. The band should be worn the same way on either foot.
 
 

The pearls should both face inward against the inside and outside of your ankle/heel. Shift the band around until the pearls are aligned with your reflex points located between your ankle bones and the bottom of your heel (see Diagram 2). Note: locate the second reflex point in the same location on opposite side of ankle/heel. These reflex points should be more sensitive to pressure than the other areas of your ankle/heel. The reflex points are only the size of a pencil eraser. Apply pressure against the pearls to find the right spot.
 
 

Wear your Reflexsions Band as long as you like, as long as it is comfortable, for the duration of your menstrual cycle or whenever symptoms occur. You may switch feet at any time and may wear the Reflexsions Band over or under socks, pantyhose, etc.
