ANSWER: If you have hot flashes during your menstrual cycle, it helps to wear the Reflexsions Band during that time period. If it becomes uncomfortable, you should take it off for a while. If you have hot flashes all the time, we suggest wearing it off and on for short durations as long as it is comfortable.
